The reason of different color of aluminum profiles: anodic oxidation.

The current density should be controlled at 120-180a/m2 if the current density is too large. Under the condition of a certain film thickness, the electrolysis time of aluminum products in the tank should be shortened accordingly. In this way, the dissolution of the oxidation film in the solution will be reduced, the film holes will be dense, and the dyeing time will be prolonged.

Film thickness, the requirement of oxidation film thickness in general 10um above the flush solution. If the film thickness is too low, uneven dyeing is likely to occur. At the same time, when it is required to dye dark colors (such as black), the film thickness is not enough, resulting in limited deposition of dyes, which cannot reach the required color depth.
